Kangazilla will be holding a simple bike maintenance tutorial for NWSCC members. It will include: 
1 ) how to remove and replace a front and rear wheel;
2) how to replace a tyre and tube
3) how to deflate and inflate a tyre with a pump and C02
4) how to clean your bike and chain
5) relube your the chain and cables 
6) minor gear tune and a few extras
It should take an hour.
