1. First and foremost! This a charity event and a no drop ride. Bunches will be gathered with general suitability for riding but there will still be varying levels of experience and speed.
However it is essential that you have completed a bunch riding skills course or you have ridden with North Western Sydney CC to learn how to bunch ride safely. We expect all riders be gracious and considerate of all other riders.
2. You must bring your cycling NSW license with you. If you are not a member of Cycling NSW, please register at http://membership.cycling.org.au/

6. We aim to finish in Forster 4pm Friday afternoon at John Holland Park. Last year many participants chose to have their families and friends meet them at the finish and stay the weekend in Forster, which is a beautiful seaside town and great for children too. Traditionally all participants and families have met at Tuncurry Bowling Club for dinner to celebrate the completion of a wonderful ride!
7. Luggage will be put into support vehicles so please pack light. Sheets and towels supplied.
8. You are responsible to wear your jersey each day of the ride which will require washing so please come prepared with laundry powder.... please!
9. Please note if a rider is falling behind and is too slow for the bunch they may be required to be picked up by the support vehicle and join the bunch further up. This will be in discussion with your ride leaders.
10. Any concerns or issues please bring them up with your ride leads who can discuss with the 3 Days 300 Days committee.
11. This is a charity ride and while there is no minimum to fundraise you will need to set up your everyday hero account. https://www.everydayhero.com.au/event/3days300ks
12. It will be the responsibility of the participants to make their own way home from Forster. Last year people were able to get a lift, had family meet them in Forster or drove a vehicle up earlier in the week with another person and left it there to drive home.
13. The 3 Days 300ks committee may at it's absolute discretion and without giving reasons for it's decision, accept or refuse an application for registration.
